Works well. Stable n different surfaces. Camera angle can be changed enough to compensate for unever/level surfaces. Only issue is the screw head not holding well if you rotate the camera. It loosens. Can be tightened with a coin so not big deal. Also, it blocks the battery slot, so when battery must be changed, the tripod must be removed.

This is a really useful little piece of equipment. It's been permanently attached to my camera since I got it. It's small and light enough to be unobtrusive and slip into the camera's case or my pocket without needing to be detached. It sits nice and flush against the side of the camera when not in use (except the pivot, where it screws into the camera - that part sticks out a bit). Now I no longer have to choose between getting a well-framed shot and getting a shot without shake. I just find a flat surface, open out the little tripod and shoot. It's not as versatile as a traditional Gorillapod would be; I can't hang my camera off a tree or anything like that, but to me, the compactness of the micro 250 is worth the sacrifice. Very happy with it.
Luv this little guy on my GX9, perfect combo Screw it in and just leave it there. You will not even know it is there till you need it.

If your camera has a flat bottom, you probably don't need this tripod because it will raise your camera by only half an inch or so, somthing you could easily do with a book. But if your camera has an uneven bottom, this tripod will keep it steady. Really needs a swivel head to make it worth much. However, it is very stable, very compact, and steady as a rock.
