This is an excellent book !. It is very complete about not only the physical dimension of Yoga (with text explanations as well as illustrations), but also the mental and philosophical dimension of the discipline, explaining Yoga from its roots. If you are either a Yoga student or an instructor, I think you should read this book and if possible put into practice its content that is so vast that is a book for reading many times in your life, all that it contains is meant to be applied and for that one needs practice and discipline in the practice.
This is a GREAT synthesis of REAL Indian yoga philosophy for Western readers. A must read !
