Pro's: - super easy to follow, no need to be a martial artist - love the 20 min workouts, one geared towards upper body, another for legs, and one for abs - totally gets the heart rate up and sweating - feels like a total body workout despite the target areas for each section - got this video really cheap on eBay :) Cons: - wish there were slightly longer sections of cardio - it's fun kicking and punching! - I'm not coordinated so some of the combo's mess up my flow. I just keep doing my own simple kicking or punching though. - there is a section on how to do the moves correctly. It's ok, but don't expect to take anyone down soon. I have always been a fan of Jillian Michaels upon discovering her on "The Biggest Loser" as a coach. I find her to be authentic in her delivery while presenting you with the best alternative while attempting to achieve your goal, fitness. It is hard at first. I only did what I could at first. It is getting better and I can see the results of my effert.
