I have used Jane Iredale Liquid Minerals Fdn for a few years. It gives lightweight coverage, is moisturizing and gives my complexion a slight glow upon application. It does not clog my pores. I love the pump application feature. It contains no harmful ingredients. I highly recommend this product.

This make up balls up into little pieces when you apply it to the face. It coagulates and takes some effort to smoothe out one these little pieces form. It has a very odd texture. For the price, I am using it, but I don’t recommend it.

Hi all! I am a 52 year old woman who's been on the ongoing search for a light more natural feeling foundation. I've been B.E. bare mineral powder user for several years but something happened around my last birthday,...aside from another grey hair and that powder is just to drying. I felt I needed to try a liquid mineral type. I did some research on ebay!!(of course) and began to read reviews on Iredale products. The more I read the more I liked what was being said about the liq. min. foundation. I found the most difficult part was determining what color would be best! I think my skin tone looked like two of the models faces and within each of those there are like 6 different choices in color. At any rate I chose Autumn. In application I went with using a liquid foundation brush to apply(a first for me) and I love how easy this is to do in the a.m.. The aloe pumps out first and as was suggested in a blog I used it on my hands. Very conditioning. On occasion I find that either too much color/not enough aloe base.....or the reverse....too much wet aloe and not enough color. I don't want to shake it up, fearing I'll break the beads! I just tilt it around in the container a bit and reapply some if I need to. It has a more heavy feel after first applying but then within a very short time, probably not even an hour, it feels virtually weightless to me. It washes off instantly if you get your face wet so I wouldn't count on it to stay with ya swimming! I am very impressed with this foundation and will continue to use it. However, Autumn is not my color so back to investigating that! I also would love to try a blush and the liquid under eye concealer I've seen in auctions. My overall opinion: Big Thumbs Up Cheers! I have suffered with sensitive acne prone skin since adolescence. I always had red blotches and for years have gone to skincare professionals for pore extractions. I always used a maximum coverage foundation and NEVER went anywhere without it. Two years ago a cosmetician talked me into trying the Jane Iredale Mineral Liquid Foundation. I was skeptical at first but soon realized how much better I looked without the masklike foundation. Then I noticed that I started looking pretty good even without make-up. When I look at pictures of myself pre-Jane Iredale, I can hardly believe how bad my make-up looked and I had no idea. The make-up goes on quickly and easily, it gives amazing coverage for how light it is and it actually calms my sensitive skin. I found that I can buy it on ebay for about 20-25% less than retail. If you have problem skin, give it a try. You may be pleasantly surprised.Read full review
