It's a good workout but honestly some of the moves are hard to get right off the bat. I like to stay fit and I have many exercise videos but this is not one of my favorites. I have used other Jane Fonda videos that have been a bit easier to follow. Get ready to start immediately. Most videos give you like a minute to just breathe and get into the fitness vibe so to speak but this one literally does the moves right away. It's also a bit confusing since it's a Jane Fonda video but the abs, buns and thigh workout are taught to you by three different people, one of whom is Jane Fonda. It seems that the workouts are trying to do too many things at once, stretch, burn and tone. There are three workouts each 25 minutes. One is just for calorie burning, the second for abs and legs toning among other things and the last one full body toning. I have Jane's Lean Routine, which I love, but it's VHS and the tape is getting old. It's not on DVD yet so I thought I would try this one. It's great! It provides a variety of workouts that only take 25 minutes and if you do them at a high intensity, you can really work up a sweat. It was getting difficult to fit an hour in, but with these (I normally do the toning/aerobics) the 25 minutes goes by very quickly and it's not a big time committment, so I am more apt to be able to work it into my schedule. I've lost nearly 60 pounds in 4 months and I owe a lot of it to Jane!
I love it.so much! Excercise can be fun. I mean why not? Jane Fonda is the reigning queen of aerobics/Jazzercise. She is relatable and engaging and it's suitable for all levels of workouts. She focuses on high energy as well as low impact. The best thing I ever did for myself!

I have another Jane Fonda workout VHS(had for yrs) and liked it so much I decided to try this one..also figured its about time I moved up in the world and got a DVD :) I love it. I was really sore at first but it really makes your body tone look good and there are a few different workouts, which is great. I switch them around..you really see a difference if you keep it up and it encourages you to do so. Highly Recommend.
It is the best 25 min. total body workout for someone who is out of shape and wanting to get into the fitness arena. Some of the videos were made in the late 90's but they are not outdated to where they seem retro. Very easy to use at beginner level as well as advanced.
