While the cable looks to be of great quality and the DIN configuration is the same as my Grace 727 tonearm, the back section of the DIN connector is to large of a diameter to fit into the Grace tube and this keeps it from connecting to the DIN plug. If this back section was about the same size diameter to the rest of the DIN plug I am sure it would have fit perfectly. I therefore can`t say what the sound improvement is if any over my old cheap low quality DIN connector.

Cable required some hours of break-in. It is well insulated and isolated so that it rejects spurious noise effectively. As I played it longer (10 hours) the lower frequencies became better articulated. I like the good definition and harmonics of the low frequencies. Higher frequencies are improving and appear to be heading beyond "satisfactory" to "good." For its price, the Jelco cable is quite good. I'm using it in a highly developed audio system and, with use (~20 hrs), it has continued to show improvement.
