    Easy setup, extremely effective!

    My previous filter cartridge pump bit the dust and I am already so much happier with this filter pump just a couple of weeks into using it! It's so much more effective and I am so relieved knowing I don't have to worry about buying or cleaning cartridges anymore.

    Different hose sizes

    If only I would get the filter with the hose adapter from the hose size coming with the filter and the hose size coming with my pool. just as a reminder both my filter and the pool made by Intex. I had to go online order the adapter which only cost $6 with another $6 in shipping and wait a week until I could hook up the filter very disappointing

    Good pump for small pools, not larger

    This filter came as a combo with my 16x48 ultra frame pool, and was easy to setup and get running. It holds about 21lbs of sand or so, and the flow rate is decent enough, but lacks a little luster. For my pool to stay clean (chems balanced), it almost has to run 24/7, so the nice digital timer which works great by the way, does me no good. No leaks to report, runs quietly, and does what it should. I dislike the low pressure on the return however, and this makes aerating for PH slow and almost impossible. It also does not have a strainer basket, just a little inline leaf filter to stop large debris entering the pump. Overall the pump works, but it just seems underrated for the size of my pool. This however would make a great upgrade to those EZ Set pools and smaller pools that ...

    Intex pool filter

    I needed to buy another filter pump so upgraded the whole system. My last Intex pump lasted 6 years so wanted another Intex. It was easy to assemble, especially after having put one together before. Fingers crossed I get many years of service out of this one. Perfect for the easy set pools.

    WHAT'S BETTER THAN AUTOMATIC - nothing......

    GREAT PRODUCT: This is totally automatic start, stop and restart. All you have to do is put in the amount of hours you want it to run and it does it every day at the same time and for the same length of time. It matches up with my salt water system. So they work together everyday.
