Great board for the transition from legacy to non-legacy connectors. The BIG problem with this board are the Intel drivers - they don't work for the on-board NIC. The board isn't supported by Intel anymore (so no help from them) and the drivers they do have avialable for download won't work for this board or the D975XBX2(tried both). I ended up using a PCI NIC. This workstation board also doesn't have all the audio jacks the D975XBX2 does, but it works well for a low end server and does support RAID with dedicated SATA connectors (which is a minus if you don't use RAID and need more regular SATA connectors). It does have floppy and PATA drive support if that is needed.
