I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about 3 years ago . I change my diet and switch to stevia . as of today (2/17/2016) my diabetes is under control . I`m not sure if it was changing my diet or switching to stevia that help ? But I`m sure using stevia help a lot.I just wish more restaurants had stevia instead of the other sugar substitutes .
