Thank you, helps me understand what my brother is going through. Helps me be a better support. I want to help, not be codependant, or help him in a wrong way. it is important to realize that this is his problem, not mine. Also, knowing triggers for his addicition help me understand what may lead him to relapse. It was helpful H-hunger A-anger L-lonely T-tired....good for everyday use, even with kids!!
