    Quality Controller

    I don't have any personal experience with the original Sega six-button controllers, but this is obviously a quality product. The D-pad and buttons are much better than the ones on the standard Sega three-button controller. For the price it is easily the best controller available. Recommended!

    Once a sceptic, now a believer

    I recently bought my first Sega Genesis from a Goodwill, it came within official 6 button controller, however the buttons were spongy and the mode button was broken. I have used very little 3rd party accessories but each I have tried were garbage, so I just do not buy 3rd party. However the reviews on this controller were quite favorable, so I took a $9 Gamble and it paid off big time!!!! This controller is awesome, all 8 directions are super responsive, buttons are clicky and feel nice, good weight to it, the shell is made from sturdy plastic, and the cord is fantastic with a tight fitting connector. In fact if you removed the brand logos and asked me which I prefer, I have no doubt that I would choose the hyperkin. I cannot recommend this controller enough if you own a Sega Genesis, a ...

    Hyperkin gn6 6 button genesis controller. A quick review

    This controller is the same size as the 2nd model 6 button controller for the Genesis and Saturn. The buttons are very responsive and the d pad passes the street fighter test with flying colors. No more 3 button street fighter 2 hooray. This controller is perfect, id rather pay a small amount than paying 20 to 30 dollars for a worn out Sega original 6 button controller. All in all, a must for anyone that has a Sega genesis. Also you can enjoy every fighting and wrestling game on the Genesis much better with this controller. I give it 100 percent and 2 thumbs up!

    Great lasting product - 2 years heavy use

    Buttons last probably as long as the original controllers. Responsive buttons like the original. Best sega after market controller out there. 1 of them had heavy use for a few years until it wore out the c jump button. The originals were just the same.

    Great controller for older consoles

    Apparently built with the original schematic the original Sega version was made with. It's a great controller for the Mega Drive (Genesis in the US), but supposedly also works with other consoles with the 9 pin port (Atari 2600 for example). Great value too.
