The first half of the book cites several "authorities" who have been identified as quacks. Some of the nutrition information is still relevant (it was published in 2004), some of it is just silly. The latter half of the book covers various exercises. It's well done I think.

This book is an incredible approach to being healthy. It's definately different than anything I've ever read. Helps to break down every aspect of your life and diet and how to improve based on a custom questionaire. This book was great too because it can help cure certain ailments. For instance the questionaire can determine that your digestive system has problems, it will then suggest exercises to help strengthen the muscles of the digestive tract, and help alleviate symptoms. Back problems and other common problems are also addressed. This is a great book for anyone, especially someone who's looking for a way to be the healthiest, most in-shape, they'eve ever been. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Paul Chek is one heck of an intelligent person and he looks amazing, for any age. I am a personal trainer who is constantly asked about fitness and diet issues and I keep directing my clients to this trove of knowledge for many of the answers.
