I bought this for my daughter who trains race horses and lives in a dorm on the grounds. She has never had running water and this was perfect for her. She loves it. Now she always has hot and cold water available. CON: I had to purchase a large filtered water container in the store because, unlike the photo, this did not come with the large bottle on top (or any other bottle for that matter). And I could not find one on eBay either. I am not happy about not getting the bottle shown, but have made due with the smaller store bought bottle. Putting that aside, my daughter is thrilled to have water available to her anytime she needs it. Had the bottle in the picture come with the unit, I would definitely give it 5 stars.
Cup holder is un-necessary. Once cleaned, one drain valve is extremely inaccessible ( drain valve on lower right facing machine ). Cooler chills the water great. Overall, a nice purchase.
