This is not the product that I ordered. This only will work on a smaller heat pump. The part that I ordered was: TH5220D 1029. It has 2 for cool, and 2 for heat. I had to purchase another Honeywell FocusPro non-programmable thermostat. I bought it on here but it was useless for me.

It wasn’t working, I installed it, put fresh batteries in it, it shows the temp settings but never took control, plus I could not select auto for the a/c and heat, I will contact Honeywell after I get back home, the thermostat was for my fifth wheel.
