So, I purchased this bag a year ago almost to the day through eBay. A couple of weeks ago I noticed the wheels were making strange noises. After inspection, my husband noticed one of the wheels were bent. Now, in defense of the backpack, I carry around a laptop, two text books, folders, papers, and a whole slew of other stuff. It's used during the semester several times a week and follows me everywhere. It's quite heavy with all my stuff in it and it fits A LOT of stuff. I just don't think a years use from a backpack that costs this much is worth it. If you're only going to use this backpack occasionally or not put too much stuff in it, that will increase the longevity. If you are a college or high school student who needs something that will handle a large load, this is not the backpack for you. Pros: Holds a lot! I mean a lot. I was astonished how much this backpack expanded. Zippers are still very good a year later. Handle lasted and is still strong. Cons: Wheels started making noise and didn't last long enough for my taste. When the wheels go, the backpack becomes moot.Read full review
