I have had a love-/hate-; relationship with this all hp 120e ENVY All-In-One printer. I bought this replacement printer because the LED screen on my former 120e ENVY All-In-One had burned-out. When it works: it works great! I enjoy the LED screen on printer/scanner. I enjoy the fact that you can print directly from the printer itself, or a thumb drive inserted to printer itself. What I dislike, don't care for: the printer is super-finnickey as to when it will recognize a refilled printer cartridge. Even though I disconnected the hp printer cartridge protection: it is still a crap shoot, when replacing a cartridge, as to whether the printer will recognize the replacement. Furthermore, the scanner itself, is super-sensitive: too much moving of the printer, & the scanner option becomes disconnected. Since I have had this model for over two years, I know how to deal with all of its idiosyncrasies. I also had invested a lot of $$ in the 60 black; 60 color; 60 XL blk; and 60 XL color; replacement cartridges prior to the former printer's LED screen, blacking-out. This is why I chose to buy another hp 120e ENVY All-In-One, to use, for its parts. The print quality is above average, for a thermal ink-jet.Read full review

You know the old saying… this all in one classic is just that. Over 4000 prints and still prints, scans, copies and fax clean lines. This Envy 120 is quite similar to the Envy 110 and 114 except the paper tray comes out with push of a button and scanner is ok top side, scanning down so you can see image alignment prior to scanning. It’s a nice addition to any home office wanting a sleek cool design all in one.

Sleek printer with a very low profile. The scanning happens with the sheet side-up due to the glass lid, which is nice. Everything opens and closes by touching, including the paper tray that slides in and out, and the screen that opens and closes as you print stuff. It prints immediately after you send something to print and the paper comes out pretty fast. I also like the hidden USB/SD compartment for scanning on-the-go. It seems like an old problem concerning wireless all-in-one printers from HP is gone in this model. I have not experienced this printer going through sleep mode and not wake up again. It is overpriced at local electronic stores, but much cheaper here. Overall, a nice buy if you are willing to pay extra for a few extra features and design.
Easy to set up works flawless I was up and running in no time. I have the exact same printer in my home office and wanted the same printer in the office. I love the ability to print remotely.
