I ordered the 80365 after reading generally great reviews online. The first product arrived without the little black knob thingy that was supposed to be attached to the sliding cup selector switch. The product was replaced without fanfare. I have had the second unit a week. It has a small profile (good) and is much less noisy than my previous grinder. The adjustable cord length is convenient. After grinding coffee, I have found the unit easy to brush out. It comes clean of ground coffee much more readily than prior units i have owned. We used the grinder over the holidays, grinding much more coffee than usual and the 80365 performed like a trooper. Satisfied customer.

I loved it when I first used it for coffee but after washing it, there is water in the in the bottom of the grinder that I can't get out. I have only used it 3 times and the 4th time it won't work. Not sure why, I tried everything and nothing worked.

This is the best coffee grinder I have purchased-to-date. It is easy to use as everything you need to know is spelled out on the front of the machine such as: do you want to grind the coffee for percolation, dripping or expresso or how many cups do you want to make? Also, what is great about this machine is - it has "one" round dial to choose the type of grind you want and "one" up and down knob to choose the number of cups you want. I highly recommend this grinder!

This HB coffee grinder is a great little device for the price. I've been using this brand and style for around 15 years and have never been disappointed. During that time period I've had to replace it only once and that was due to it getting knocked off the counter and landed just right (or wrong as the case may be) to break the plastic around the top of the grinder (not the lid). I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It ain't fancy, but is definitely serviceable!!

This is a used item but is fully operational. The only shortcomings are: (i) The top cover has to be gently held on when the unit is grinding coffee. If it is left alone, as it should be, it will vibrate loose and the unit switches off. (ii) The inner coffee holder (with blade) was cracked but this was not a significant issue. Overall, I am satisfied with this grinder. Any similar machine today would cost 3 times this amount new.
