This is my 3rd Hamilton Beach BrewStation in the past 10 or 12 years. In my opinion they make great tasting coffee. Even after sitting an hour or two keeping warm, the coffee still tastes good. The BrewStation is easy to use, fairly easy to clean, and the programmable function works well. My only complaint is both of my other ones stopped working correctly after just a couple years. One the heating element went bad, the other dripped coffee from the dispenser/valve, finally getting to the point where it wasted too much coffee and made a mess. My wife and I decided to try a 3rd BrewStation (3rd time a charm?) because we like the coffee it brews so much. Time will tell if this one lasts. If not it'll probably be my last Hamilton Beach BrewStation. I still gave it 4 stars because of it's ease of use, no carafe to break, and it makes great tasting coffee at just the right temperature. It wobbled on a flat counter, after 2 wks, and inspecting it carefully, I pushed down on the top, hard, herd a snap, like plastic going into place. Wobble gone. Doesn't say much for Quality Control. At present, it drips one drop every 10 seconds, when in standby. Thinking of installing a piece of aquarium tube into the spill reservoir, via hole, so it can drip into bottle in cabinet below. Better then all over kitchen counter. Wouldn't waste my time on it, but, it does make a good cup of coffee, I grind my coffee and am particular. It does have potential.

I really enjoy using my Hamilton Beach Brew Station 47380 10 Cup Coffee Maker. It is fast, easy to use and clean up. It brews the coffee just like I like it. It keeps it hot and fresh. It has an automatic turn-off if you forget and leave it on. It can also be programmed to come on at a certain time.
I love the Hamilton Beach Brewstation #47380 , it is so easy to use and clean . Once you lift the " attached " lid you only have 2 " manageable " components to remove to make coffee . The only bad thing I can say about the #47380 model is , when you lift the lid ( hot or cold ) , a little bit of water drips out of the back of the inside of the lid onto the counter top . With just a little bit of engineering , that problem can be fixed . My temporary solution is a dish towel under the back of the coffee maker until I'm ready to start brewing then I remove the towel because of the heat . My wife bought a different H.B. Brewstation model a few months ago because my # 47380 had died after 6 years of constant use . What a piece of junk the new one was , not to mention a pain in the you know what to make a pot of coffee and to clean - the 3 pieces you had to remove were big and bulky . My wife thought all coffee makers were basically the same - well , she soon found out how wrong that way of thinking was . The H.B. Brewstation # 47380 is very hard to find at a reasonable price - between $32.00 - $40.00 . The big brand name stores sell them between $48.00 and $70.00 . I was patient and kept looking on ebay and ended up finding a store display being sold for $36.00 ? or best offer plus free shipping - I offered them $32.00 and I now have a perfectly fine coffee maker .Read full review
