Started out using this gum years ago for my smokin' jones. It's made with Xylitol which is very good for your teeth. I have dry mouth and this is the only gum that doesn't stick to my teeth (the fake ones). Haven't had a cavity in years! So, three benefits for the price of one. Nice, light flavor. Soft to to chew which is easier on your jaw. Priced against even plain wrap brands it is a better deal. It runs out of flavor pretty quickly but the point is to curb the urge so it does fine for the right reasons. Can chew this for days...work great with alcohol too. lol
