Works great and fires right up every time. It is of good quailty except the tubs are a little thin and can bend easy if you have something resting on them.

I purchased this blower because of the good reputation of the manufacturer. I had previously owned a Stihl hand held blower which served me well for many years. As I have gotten older, handling the hand held blower was becoming more and more difficult so I decided to go with a back pack blower. The main problem I have with it is that it is so difficult to start. I am doing everything I am instructed to do including using only the proper 2 cycle oil and non ethanol gasoline. I prime it properly with the bulb and set the throttle properly. It just will not start until it is pulled 10 to 15 times or more. Wears me out!

I received the unit in a fair amount of time. I did not get around to opening the box for a couple of weeks. I added fuel and pumped the primer. I set the choke and pulled the recoil starter about five times and the backpack blower started ok. I was a little disappointed in the volume of air. The wand reduces the air at the tip to add higher air flow. It is not a filer on the devices part it is just less than I was used to having. I replaced a Home Lite handheld that had 200 mph air flow with a large opening (3 inches). This unit appears to be about maybe 2 inches. After running the unit until I emptied a tank of fuel I refueled the unit. When I tried to pull the cord it did not catch and just pulled with not connection to the engine. I pulled about 8 - 10 more times with varied results. Some of the tries would catch around the last 3rd of the cord length. I was ready to give up and return it when it did catch and crank. I emptied another tank of fuel and have not tried the cord again. I will soon.Read full review
