I love the fact that this phone can do just about everything a computer can do plus take pictures and video. The phone is very responsive and fast as swiping across screens is super easy and lag isn't seen. However, for the female consumhers the phone will look quite large and feel quite large in the hand. If the phone was a little slimmer, sort of like the Droid Incredible then i believe more female consumers can be reached. The captive buttons are also agitating as they can easily be pressed without trying to when swiping across the screen. I also dislike that there isn't a decication camera button and that that the front facing camera mirrors and would show words backwards. Last dislikeness of this phone would be that you have to reach way up to the top to put screen to sleep instead of being able choose one of the captive buttons at the bottom of the phone. All in the phone is a excellent device that works. I decided to buy the phone due to the fact that it has a 8mega pixil camera with flash and a front facing camera. i love taking pictures with a phone and being that this phone had such a large camera lens, i knew great pictures will come from this phone.Read full review
I love this phone more than any other I've had. I didn't think I'd like a touch screen, because I hate finger prints, and I loved the slider keyboards.. but I got a protector that helps with no finger prints, or grease smudges. The batter life SUCKS.. I had to charge it ALL the time.. BUT Thankfully You can order a bigger battery and it evens out to average. I wouldn't suggest keeping the factory size battery in it. I really enjoy it, though it does have some glitches. Sometimes it freezes and I have to take the battery out... and sometimes you have to 'force close' applications. I've never had a phone that didn't have a few glitches though. Another bad thing about it is the memory. You are going to want to get a big sd card to put in it. (I have 32gb which is great) and you'll want to move some of your apps to the sd card. Otherwise there isn't a lot of room. Pro's - Easy to use, different screens to keep your favorite apps on, and my 2 and 3 year old can even play games on it. Easy to transfer contacts, has the BEST camera and comes with so many cool features. My two year old is learning numbers and shapes on it. Great with watching netflix, and thankfully has more than one button to control it. (unlike the iphone3) Cons: Standard Battery Sucks (Buying a more powerful one is a must) Memory Sucks (Buying a big memory card is a must - I suggest 32gb) has a few glitches like freezing.Read full review
I give it a good rating and not a excellent because there is still a lot of improvement that can be done. Phone looks and feel great, very stylish, up to date with technology, and superb screen size. I love the screen size for browser the internet and watching video. Of course i'm a guy and I got big khaki pockets for the phone so i don't mind the big bulkiness, i actually like the screen size more than the iphone. As far as speed, the internet is really fast but programs needs some work to move in and out faster. A fast internet but slow software isn't gonna help it much. The Android software stinks, could use better functionality like the iphone. I miss the iphone due to simplicity, easy to navigate and organize app around. Sprint network is great but their data network isn't that great. I can call and text instantly but having trouble connecting to the data network to use app that require online access. 9/6/10 Update: Batteries perform good unless you are using flash from like watch youtube videos. That's why Iphone decided not to use flash on their phones and I know why now. From a full charge battery watching youtube, the whole battery drains in one hour compare to your regular videos which last for about 2.5 times longer. Going in and out of video files sometimes lags and freezes. Your video search loads kinda slow if you're trying to get all the way down to the bottom for your video. I wish you can set the setting for video to show just a list so it can scroll down faster than trying to load all the video picture while slowing down the scrolling down part. Be prepare to get extra batteries on the side and thank goodness this phone has that feature unlike the iphones. Once its dead its dead. Does what I need to do and they need to start putting up more general app like local banks, etrade, and etc.Read full review
This phone is great. have all kinds of apps and features that come in the phone ready to use. the screen is responsive, the volume is good. Yes it is big and people talk about it need to loose weight but what do you expect if you want a screen over 4 inches? You can't put a 4 inch screen in a 3 inch frame duhhhh. The battery life I'm still playing around with to get the longest life per charge lowering the brightness, the time before it goes to stand-by, you can't keep charging it when you still got battery life you will shorten the life of the battery, let the phone tell you when to charge it let it drain. Even though I like phones with the sliding key pad they tend to have smaller screens this has nice screen for even when you are texting not the little screens that alot of bar phones have. Loving this phone.Read full review
The HTC Inspire is a very nice phone. The camera on this phone is excellent. I love the way you can customize your pictures with different themes, you can really get the most out of your pictures! I love the way this phone has a sensor at the top, so while the phone is on your ear the touch screen isn't going "crazy". Everything about this phone pleases me except one thing, which is a great disappointment. This phone is commonly for at&t but I bought this phone unlocked and used it for my carrier. Well with my carrier I can't use the internet on this phone for some reason. So im stuck with only wi-fi, which is a bummer. Overall this phone would be a 9/10.
