I love the phone...it is my first smartphone and seems to have all the apps and features that you would get with an I-phone with a much smaller price tag. One of the big differences is being able to put in your own memory chip. It comes with 8 GB micro SD card which I upgraded to 32 for $25 from Micro Center. To upgrade to the next level of I-Phone Costs $200...what a joke! I am using this phone with Virgin Mobile...again great prices...full unlimited data and text plans start at $35 per month and $15 more to make phone a hot spot for laptop or other wifi products...it uses sprints network...not as great as Verizon that I just left, but I was tired of their absolutely absurd prices. I bought an extra battery on ebay for $4 so if my battery does go down I have a backup. Everyone that I know that an Android powered phone says the same thing...it drains the battery...especially if you are using a lot of Apps and Internet...regular phone use and texting is okay. The 3D camera is awesome. I own a 3D tv and blu ray player so I am into the 3d technology and it is cool to take the 3D photos with this phone.Read full review
I bought this product because I wanted an affordable smartphone that included 4G service. What I disliked about the product is that you have to pay $15 more for a wireless hotspot and many times the 4G service only works better outdoors. The phone is easy to use it has great storage, my phone came with a 8g Sd card included which was great. The phone's camera takes good pictures but the flash is too bright. It is way better than the Optimus V, the screen is big, youtube works great, the only problem I've had is accessing the maps. Other than that its a great phone, and worth the money.
I like the 3d capability of the camera in the phone. It is very fussy though and I usually have to take 3 shots before I get a good one. I have also loaded the flash memory with digitized photos taken with a stereo film camera to display on the phone. I keep buying the same model because I dropped one in a puddle of water, another was lost, and I was familiar with the model. Used ones always seem to have some problem though, the most recent one has a bad charger connector and so I charge batteries separately and carry a spare.
This phone is a step up from the famous Optimus V phone. Heaver but a nice phone, 4G. somethimes can't tell the differents from 3G. 3D camera fair, I don't think you will be using much. Hotspot or tethering will cost you extra, $15 with Virgin Mobile a Month, free download app will not work for tethering. Taking pictures, a little tricky at times, and black focus shade comee out to dark or out of focus not clear. It could have been my fault, but I did not have this problem with my Optimus V phone. Over all if my V phone had a bigger screen, I would have preferred instead. Have a great day eBay shoppers, your friend faithevangelist.
If your looking to buy a prepaid android phone then this phone is for you. It has a beautiful HD display and doesn't lack in the performance area at all. With any smartphone you will be charging it at least twice a day. The only down fall to this phone is that it has a 3d camera. Not a lot of phones have this feature so the chance of share a 3d photo is very slim. Yes it's cool for a little, but it ends up falling short in the sharing aspect.
