Bad product when it's used. It doesn't feed correctly, it trys to print more than one sheet at a time and causing printing paper to jam.

I bought this printer because I needed one. Set up took a while, but I'm not all too literate when it comes too computers and printers. It was a great buy. Color and speed of printing are great. One of the best buys I've made.
I had one just like it, just bought $100+ worth of ink for it and it quit on me, I could not find out what the problem was and no one within 100 miles of here worked on printers. I looked everywhere for a replacement that would use the same ink cartridges, and found this one. It was on sale and they had it in stock and I purchased it quite easily and quickly. Great people to work with and I'd buy from them again if need be. The replacement printer is working great, and I am thrilled to have found this replacement an didn't have to try to return the cartridges that I'd already bought. MA
