You are hard to get ahold of. I have a problem and have been trying to let you know about it, it has a system fan error that requires me to use f-2 key each time I restart, and the back plate shown in your add is missing, also I put in a video card and set C-mos to pcie 16 but most of the time it does not boot to it and I have to put connector on the onboard video to get video to work. I would like a replacement or refund. Thanks, James.

I have a lot of wired and wireless devices connected to my home network. I suspected that the wireless router was overloaded (slow) so I purchased this used mainboard to build a low cost, "entry level" pfsense box using spare computer parts (I'm a support technician). Though the seller advised that the board had minor issues, it had no trouble recognizing the CPU and a total of 1 GB of RAM in both slots. Serving as a router for heavier traffic (downloads, youtube, etc..) it has remained on for a few weeks without issue and worked flawlessly so far. It is still early to tell but if it continues to work the same way by the end of March, I will consider upgrading it with a dual core cpu, more RAM and additional cooling fans. I've read a few negative reviews about the ECS brand but honestly I must say that my experience thus far has been positive.Read full review
I was able to get it to work in an HP m8400f unit replacing a similar motherboard but revision 2.1. but I did have some problems. Although it was advertised as new, but on receipt it was obvious that it was either used or remanufactured due to all the bent pins. Make sure you straighten out all the pins especially the front panel pins in the lower right hand corner when you install the motherboard. Also be very aware that there is very tight tolerances when installing the motherboard, so look for any place where it might touch as this might ground it out. The version 2.2 has an updated bios but other than that it works the same as the version 2.1 and it correctly installs in the 1/O plate. I would only use this motherboard to replace a HP motherboard in one of their units.
This computer board fixed all the problems my machine has. It was a perfect replacement for the original board and was very easy to install .

TOOK MY HP COMPUTER TO GET FIXED AND WAS TOLD NOT WORTH FIXING NEEDS A NEW MOTHERBOARD. SAW THIS ON EBAY CHEAP AND I DECIDED TO REPLACE MYSELF. I HAVE NO TECH EXPERIENCE WITH COMPUTERS IT TOOK 20MINUTES AND I SWEAR I COULD DO IT IN 5 MINUTES NOW. COMPUTER NOW WORKS LIKE NEW. Only downside is the wi fi doesn't work with this motherboard when you upgade from vista to windows 7 as HP didn't release drivers. so i had to put a $40 card pci card in which works perfectly as the spare slot was there anyway. So $75 motherboard plus $40 wifi card my hp pavillion m9280a lives again!!
