It was in excellent condition and wrapped very good worked perfectly and honestly I would have never been able to install it if I hadnt orderthis one 1st some of the screwes that hold the keyboard in place it not easily seen and having the new keyboard to see the rear of it and where the screws attach makes it easier to remove the old one and install the new one. my only complaint about this keyboard was that it was a little dirty but in all fairness it was used and stated as such!! its nothing a little elbow grease and a can of air cant fix !! enjoy and hope this helps buy from this guy without worries thanks Paul
