These printers are used at work. I bought this third one mainly to keep from having huge inventories of different print cartridges. So I paid too much for this guy but it is worth it to keep inventories of inks down. The K550 has been a good reliable model for us. Just beware when purchasing; I didn't fully understand that I was buying this without the print heads (my fault?), and they are expensive. The ink is not cheap either. But I do like the printer!!!
Though this printer is rather large, it has proven to be the best purchase made in a long, long time. Lightning fast, with quality that is well beyond expectation. I observed a demo on this machine prior to purchase on line in a local store and was instantly mezmorized by the speed and quality. One difficulty, toolbox software appears to have problems when installed with other HP printers (3650)a barrage of flags are received noting memory/data problems. I reinstalled "just what you need to print" and no problems have been noted so far. This is truly a superior machine that is economical especially if you produce large amounts of pictures or color materials. Ink cartridges appear to have an enormous capacity and can be obtained for under 20 bucks. That in itself makes this printer worth every dollar. I can not see how anyone would be disappointed with this printer. Kudos to HP.Read full review
It doesn't print & the paper tray is broken. I need an address to send it back.

I think that it had great instructions on how to install and I found it very easy to work with I also had it print quite a bit of material and it still had toner. SO I am very happy with it.
Seller knows that they are selling an item which does not work. I asked in advance if it had good print heads. I was assured it did. Then told I would have needed to pay big dollars to get a working model. It says "mint" in box. That usually means it actually works and has working heads. The seller knew what he was selling and still claimed it was "mint". I would never do business with this seller again. He is a knowledgeable vendor, not a home user.
