Never had a laser jet before, only ink jet. Wanted something black and white only and better quality than typical home printers. This one seems to fit the bill nicely. It arrived with both cords and well packed. Had no toner installed so ordered one. Downloaded the drivers for my PC. When toner arrived, dropped it in. Powered up printer and printed it's first document. Super easy and document print quality was super sharp. No issues.

I understand this is refurbished. I bought this to replace the one that I had before that broke. This is my favorite printer I ever owned, but this refurbished one has issues with the pages feeding properly. When printing many pages, it will decide to feed a blank page in between which just makes it annoying as I have to go through and pull all the blank pages out when putting together a group of pages. This extra page feeding also causes it to jam more often than my last one. Overall, it is fine but not as good as a new or my previous exact same model.

Seems to print well but is noisy as the paper is pulled from the paper tray. Sounds like the rollers are straining. Does not always pick up pages when doing two-sided printing. My old unit did this extremely well and never messed up the sheets by skipping one which messes up the order of sheets. The print quality on the other hand is very good and it can crank out a lot of copies.
