I pair this alcohol free Halston with regular Halston for super staying power. Together they create a long lasting scent that is soft, slightly spicy and warm that always gets compliments. It has been incredibly difficult to find and I am delighted to have found it for such a reasonable price. Plus it is one of the only fragrances that I can wear that doesn't trigger a migraine because it is too strong a scent.

I have worn Halston for 35 plus years and I love it. This product has been watered down or something. It doesn’t last 30 minutes. The HALSTON that I have purchased in stores last all day. Not really happy with this product but I guess you get what you pay for.

You know that a fragrance if for you when you are unable to smell it on yourself. I receive compliments almost daily when I have this on. It's part of getting dressed for me so I forget that I have it on and someone will say "oh my you smell so good is that your soap, do you mind telling me what you use or have on"?? I have tried different fragrances and I might add much more $$$$ ones. Not one of them compared and they have to pass my husbands approval as well. The ones I tried were too flowery and sweet smelling and after an hour or so made me nauseous, just to much. My husband is addicted to the fragrance and I'll never change as he loves it as much as I do. People even say they know when I've arrived at work, and there has never been a word about it being offensive to anyone with sensitivities to fragrances at the office either. I like the unique scent. It smells like clean soap. I read it’s supposed to also have patchouli as an ingredient. I don’t know about that. I like patchouli, it’s one of the reasons I bought this. It also says, at least the Original formula, contains Vetiver. I like vetiver. It’s a dry Very, dry woodsy scent. I do recognize the scent of it as indeed being in there. Overall, it’s a unique scent. I like it. I was not familiar with the scent at all. I’m older and I do recall seeing the bottle in my younger days. I’m glad it’s still available. It’s a good value. It arrived as stated. I will purchase again when I need too.
