Great Vegetarian Cooking Under Pressure
This is a nice book to have. I highly recomend if you have not cook with a pressure cooker before, this is a good book for beginners. I have been cooking in pressure cookers my whole adult life and my mom and grandma did too. It is a great time saver and the food is delicious. This book has tons of information for beginners as well as pros..

Must have for vegan pressure cooker owners
This cookbook is the only vegan pressure cooker cookbook I came across, and maybe that's because it's so good, no others are needed. Every recipe I've made from this book has been excellent, and Ms. Sass provides such a plethora of info I've gained confidence in converting regular recipes to pressure cooker recipes. I'm new to pressure cooking myself; someone with more experience might not need/use the info I found so helpful. Even so, the recipes are excellent.

Delicious with lots of variety
I purchased an electric pressure cooker and needed a cookbook. Everything that I have tried in here is absolutely to die for. I have to time my own stuff because I don't know PC jargon, but so far, I've been quite lucky and everything is really yummy! If you try anything, try the Potato/Spinach Soup. It is my absolute favorite!
