Book is incredible with so many remedies for almost anything imaginable. I could NOT put the book down - now, that's a sign of a great book! I plan to try many of the remedies because the ingredients are usual stuff such as honey, soda, garlic & vinegar that we all have in our homes already, so there's no expense or time needed to go out & buy what we already have. You just think you know many uses for these simple products till you read this book & see a whole nother world of possibilities. I haven't finished reading the entire book. But has good ideas to give a try, products I already have in the home. I think this is a good book to have in the home, a go to homeopathic cure.
