I found this game at such a low price that I figured I'd give it a try... well, I LOVE it and feel even at full retail price, it's a great deal! There's a wide variety of activities and love the personal trainer... it takes into account your age, weight and height to create custom workouts for you. Some reviewers complain that it's too fast, but there are tutorials for all of the dance and boxing moves - which allow you to pause and rewind through steps until you get them down. I'm a total beginner (who's overweight and out of shape) and I'm able to learn the step and can usually keep up!
I love this dance workout video, the beat you dance to is very motivating, keeps you wanting to do more. I am flat out tired when I finish but in the mean time you don't realize it. There are so many workouts to choose from, or even make your own. Various work out time slots so no matter what you always have the time, it even breaks it down by level i.e. beginner, advanced and so on. All sorts of mini games in between sessions like boxing, rowing, bull riding. I love it :)
This is a great workout game on the WII. It is easy to follow. Starts out slow with the tututorial, then progressive rapidly. What is different about this game is that it calculates how many calories you have burned from each section and keeps your records in your profile with your age, height, and weight. I haven't had it long enough to see how it calculates your progress, but I was pleased to see how many calories I burned and what it was equivalent to what I can eat.
