This is an excellent DVD I am recommended for beginners like me. I bought it more than one month and my daughters and I use them four or five days a week and now we feel better and with more energy. Is great, I already bought the complete collection and we are very happy
Easy workout yet WONDERFUL Workout....So much fun to walk and put in the boxing moves, I love it!!!! Its so easy I actually enjoy doing it, and if I want to pick up my pace I can!! I love working out with George.
the dvd picture is very clear. great seller. the dvd itself is for beginners, mature and autism...i love it. george was OK but his assistant was great...it was slow and steady
this is a great workout video. it gets your heart pumping and i feel great after doing it.it is the first exercise video i have tried and i really like it. any age can do this at their own pace.i have already lost 3 pounds in just 1 week.
I really loved Circuit Walk, and was disappointed with this program. It is very disorganized compared to Circuit Walk, and doesn't really seem to have a point. I thought it would emphasize Upper Body, but the jabs and punches included are not much of a workout.
