It has great sound if you don't mind complete in-ear phones, for me a bit isolating and disconnecting from the outside, might be good for you, doesn't work well for me when talking on phone, also sound is good but in ear feel is strange and remote when traveling or changing altitude, little wire from ear pods is a bit irritating like a fly or gnat constantly touching the ear and cheek, good sound and good features overall.

Sound was fine and receiving calls worked. Functions that won't work: equalizer options, vibration on/off its always on, led battery indicator light is erratic. While using the headset a voice will inform you of the battery status at 80,60 and 40 percent very loud and unexpected. At 20% it informs you every 2 minutes, making it unusable until you recharge it. No way to eliminate this function. Incoming call sound is very obnoxious and loud and unit vibrates. None of which is changeable. Not satisfied that this is a real LG product.

This is easily the best bluetooth headset I have owned, but then again I have only owned LGs... two kinds in fact. These, with the Harmon Kardon sound, are pretty good sounding, but I am not an audiofile - I mostly want the headset for listening to Audible and podcasts, as well as speaking on the phone. The non-replaceable battery easily lasts many months and several hours a day of talk time and listening to apps at modest volumes. I usually have two at a time, one always charging, the other always in use. The retractable cords are great and the spring never has come unsprung, however the housing has a tendency to break along the fault line, and I have never been successful gluing back together, it seems that the reel housing for the earbud wires is meant to be installed at the factory, then when some twist or tweak causes it to snap and separate, that housing hangs limp and makes the headset practically unusable. You can read online reviews to get all the features, I am just telling you that (1) the housing may break, and (2) the earbud wire (very thin and delicate) will get damaged and cause the sound to short out on one side or another, if you use these in an overly active way, or, like me, go to sleep listening to books on audio (I am told this is bad sleep hygiene anyway), and are a restless sleeper! Since these cost 100 plus in stores, this is a pretty good online deal, especially since I bought two refurbs from another seller for slightly less (25 per pair).Read full review

I have been through 4 of the exact headsets over the last 3 yrs.... the right ear bud keeps going out and is made poorly. If you were to google reviews on this headset it is a common occurrence that 1 ear bud is defective and is most likely the right ear bud. I commute a lot for work and the last thing i want to do is hold my phone while driving, this headset is amazing for the first 6-9 months.... just make sure you google reviews. In my opinion, I love it and will continue to buy it till something better comes out.

I got theses to replace my LG HBS760 which worked perfect but I didn't like the design. On my 760, the wire felt like it was always hitting the side of my face and neck which I hated. Also on the 760, the earbuds were always falling out the magnetic holder. Overall they worked great but I didn't like the design. So I bought the 900 which I love. I don't have to worry the wire or the magnet because it's all retracted. The sound is a step above the 760 even though I'm not a big music person. There are only 3 small negatives. 1- the thing is narrow and hard not flexible so each time I put it on I'm afraid I'll break it pulling it wide enough to go around my neck and I have a skinny neck. 2- the battery only lasts about 8 hours with constant use. ( LG says 14 hours but 8 is as far as I've got it to last starting with a full charge) 3- the device doesn't always reconnect immediately sometimes I even have to re-pair it to my phone or tablet because it won't connect. This usually happens when I walk far enough away to disconnect the BT. Overall it's a great device and I've actually already recommended it to several friends who have made purchases based on my recommendation.Read full review
