OEM Honda Recoil starter
I put this OEM Honda recoil starter assembly on my Troy-Bilt with Honda mower, it does have enough string to pull it from the push handle. I was worried it would not be long enough to pull from the handle but is. Very easy to install took 5 minutes to replace the old one, and works great!

Not exact fit
This part ended up not being an exact fit for my Honda pressure washer. Where the rope exits the housing is not the same as the one it is replacing, and so it is not easy to pull. The rope exits the housing right next to the gas cap, making it a pain to pull. Aside from that, it is ok, and a good value. Sometimes it pays to buy genuine parts.

Great part replacement
It is an actual Honda part for my mower. With only 3 bolts to take off and replace with the new recoil starter, anyone can do this operation, to save money.

"Can not beat genuine"
Was going to replace the rewind spring of my recoil starter. When disassembled notice the internal housing was beyond repair. Checked on line and found this one and ordered. When arrived just placed on engine with the three nuts that attach it to engine. Gave it a pull and engine started. Much easier to replace than try to repair. Was not expecting such good results as it is made of plastic. It appears to be better built than the one it replaced.Was going to replace the rewind spring of my recoil starter. Fit like a charm,. Easily transferred Honda label. Enough cord to fit to mower handle location of pull cord, however I was not fitted it’s the cord stop used on my mower, but I ca do that. A little slow on the ship, but worth the wait.
