I liked it better than Pumping Iron. Cast was more engaging. There was more focus on all the players and not just one or two. It didn't seem staged like the first one. This is the movie to see if you like bodybuilding. Don't get me wrong, I liked PI, I just liked Generation Iron better.

This Blu Ray extended director's cut version is longer with more training video shots. Nice footage with Hidetada Yamagishi and Pac Man and the other Olympia finalists. A very nice complement piece with the Pumping Iron documentary. If you enjoyed Generation Iron, you will love this extended version.
