It is loud enough, and has the least amount of time, between beeps, of all the beeper collars I've researched, but, to replace the battery, you need to carry a small, phillips screwdriver, and you need something heavy attached to opposite side of collar to keep the beeper pointed up. It could be more sensitive. I've seen my dog go on point, but, not for long enough for the collar to go in to "point" mode.

Just used this product for a week straight on a bird hunting trip to SD, it worked flawlessly. Very happy with it and I hope to purchase another in the near future.
