I’ve just received the dash cam, but it’s a Garmin and I’m confident it will work well. As to value, however, there is a question. The power cable furnished by Garmin is about 6 feet long. That is adequate to power the dash cam, but many people would like to have the cable out of sight. That may require a cable of at least 10 feet. You are now left with 4 options: 1) use the cable provided and put up with the very visible cable running up the windshield, 2) buy the Garmin 16 foot cable at $25, increasing your total cost by 25%, 3) buy an after market 10 foot cable at $10, or 4) cut and splice additional wire into the furnished cable. It would cost only pennies to furnish an adequate cable. Why don’t they do it?

works in all light, only drawbacks are the video is saved as 1 min. clips and battery does not last more than 2 or 3 days then time has to be reset.

Image on screen is never as great as listing photo, barely color almost like black and white. Has stopped recording and had to recharge at home to bring back to life. Often reboot and manually need to input initial set up all over. But for the price it’s okay it record most of time as long as its functioning. Just don’t expect Garmin quality from this dash cam.

Do not get this one. The screen is so small, it is hard to use. The 35 is so much better. Image quality is real bad.. It is small, and the G sensor works well No GPS. Worth the money for what it is but, dont get this one.
