Good for Blood Thinning & Infection Prevention
I've used this brand and dosage for years now. At least 7 years. I use it to keep my blood thinned and also for its anti-microbial effects. Great at keeping colds and Influenza away. I take mine with a meal or plain crackers to avoid the "garlicky" burp that sometimes occurs if taken on an empty stomach with lots of water. I prefer the regular garlic oil to the odorless. The regular garlic oil seems to be more potent in my opinion. I have a genetic condition which predisposes me to easy blood clotting, which can put me at risk for DVT's or deep vein thrombi. This garlic oil keeps my blood thinned without me having to take expensive and awful (side effects) blood thinners daily like Eliquis, or problematic ones like Warfarin (Coumadin). I don't need the Rx blood thinners using this and ... I've used this brand and dosage for years now. At least 7 years. I use it to keep my blood thinned and also for its anti-microbial effects.
