Omg my vacuum works like it did when it was brand new. There are videos on line that show how to replace the part. You need a flathead screwdriver and a #15 torx driver and you can swap it out in about 10 minutes on the living room floor.

The part I got was genuine Dyson part in the original packaging and part number. My Dyson vac works like new after the replacement. There are youtube videos explaining how to do this. They use a special tool, which is good to have if you run a repair shop. I managed to pull the rubber belt and widened the opening to put the brush through with a pair of long node pliers. eBay sometimes puts a same review under the similar items sold by different sellers. I got the real Dyson part, but the listing you are looking at might not be. Verify it is not a cheap knock off. This review might not reflect the item you are looking at right now.
