I have one at the front of my home. And other systems around the rest of the house. Most other systems hold some water and that breeds mosquitos and other undesirable bugs. At 12 feet long I cut it in half and match the holes so both pieces drain correctly. And then put it on 2 locations. Its simple to install and does a good job in moving water away from the house. Got rid of the other drain away systems.

Unless it REALLY pours, it does not unravel all the way. Our storms in my area are short lived. I'm simply going to cut off about 5' and it should be fine. That's my only issue. Just make it fit your need.

They were easy to install, although it hasn't rained yet. They are in place waiting for the big storm. When the season of rain is over I'm taking them off the gutters and rolling back up using next year
