The look and feel of inlay. Remove the strings. Wipe and clean the fretboard. Frayed some on the ends but that was my fault sticking them in place. Easily cut off. I would suggest tweezers removing the sticker from their panels. If you touch the adhesive it loses it's adhesion. Be sure to place them exactly where you want them. Once on they are useless if removed. I cut any tiny fragments that didn't adbear. Press out the air pockets. Looks great.

I play lead in a Vintage Country/ Rockabilly band and got a Gretsch cause they have that twang and look. Problem is no fret markers. Not a problem anymore. They look and feel just like inlays. And all you Gretsch purists save your breath. I jump back and forth from a Tele,Hummingbird and the Gretsch. I need markers. Ricky Lee of McFarland.
