Shipping was taking way too long, and I was getting frustrated. They told me there were issues with the manufacturer, and it would be in soon, but still seemed slow. They'd been responsive to my questions, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and kept the order. The bumper arrived 2 days later. It was packed well, in perfect condition, and was exactly what I was hoping for.
