The author does an excellent job listing and describing the kinds of foods that help you to live a healthy lifestyle. TV ads about "quick fix" diet pills don't work and even if you do loose weight, you end up gainning it right back. This book talks about how fiber enriched foods can not only help you to loose weight but how to work these foods into your diet to help keep it off. This book also comes with recipes.
I bought this book to find out what food were negative calorie and what this concept was all about. It turned out to be just another version of low fat diet. I was very disapointed I found more info just searching the web than is the book. Oh well, I should know by now there is no easy way to loose weight!
