I live in a high-rise apartment and grocery day has always been physically challenging when it comes to unloading. 3 - 4 trips! I'm a disabled vet and it really hurt my back. This cart is larger than most on the market and it was fairly easy to put together. The instructions were pretty gobbled though, so I used common sense. There are some leftover parts that I can't figure out. Oh well. It is good for the money.

I like the cart now that it is assembled. My husband, who put it together, hates it! The assembly was definitely not easy with several parts missing and some that would not go together. My husband was a yacht builder and knows his stuff so he was able to get it together but he feels it is not the greatest of quality. It seems to work for my purposes but I noticed the other day that a cotter pin has already fallen off. Anyway, it works but there was a lot of "bad language" from my husband's work shop when he was putting it together.

I believed that guy in the video. The way he put it together, with all the parts included, and then wheeled it around with lots of weight. He even squeezed the wires to make it look like they were SUPER sturdy. We that man is a LIAR! First, the cart came missing parts AND broken. They sent a replacement (finally) after hanging up on me and spending half an hour refusing to let me speak to a manager. And guess what? The replacement was also missing parts, and the two carts I was sent were just different enough to NOT BE COMPATIBLE!!! I couldn't even use some part from one and some from the other to make one working cart. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PRODUCT! DO NOT BUY IT!!!!

I'm not saying don't waste your money because of something trivial like it arrived late, so I gave it a 1, or something else equally ridiculous. I'm saying don't waste your money if you are not an engineer/mechanic. As an average person who is decent at putting things together, then don't waste your money. This cart is impossible to put together and is still sitting with all it's parts in my kitchen waiting for my engineer son to put it together for me. Reasons not to buy: 1. No directions except for what is on the back of the box to assist with putting it together. (not great) 2. The wheel lock fastener that needs to be secured on top of the spring as well as attached to the wheel is impossible to get through the holes. Yes this is with 2 people working on it. 3. It will require 2 people to put it together not matter how mechanically savvy you are. 4. Unless you have a strong ability in the area of mechanics you will find it impossible to put together. This is probably okay for it's price, but do be aware that some of the parts DO NOT FIT TOGETHER: The rear Axel is the main culprit here, the wheels and rings will not fit around the Axels' circumferential width, meaning that the wheels don't spin individually as they where clearly intended too, evidenced by the presence of Pin holes meant to lock the axle. I got it working by letting the axle itself be free and totally ignoring the flatwashers, which is why I would still recommend it on a budget, even though you WILL need out of the box creativity and improvisation to make any use of this thing. Bottom line: Will not assemble or work as intended, must ignore the flatwashers/rings and the fastening clips for the interior of the axle in order to have the card moving around. Good if you are in desperate need, but prepare for a headache experience.Read full review
