Love this book. You can't believe some of the recipes are in a "diet book" like choclate and strawberry french toast or dark chocolate zucchini bread. Both are absolutely delicious by the way. There are great recipes and ideas in here. I tell all my friends about it too. My belly is getting flatter and I'm never hungry in between meals. 5 years of dieting after my last baby and I've finally found the answer to getting back my pre-baby body. Thank you Prevention magazine for writing this book for people who actually like to eat real food while losing weight.
It's so well written, that after I've got this one I also bought others from the same collection! It was directed more to my husband, who needed a help in staying fit because as truck driver he hasn't many chances to hit the gym and he often falls on junk food at the truck stops. Right after we started taking care of the way he eats following the tips of this book, and adding a daily 30 minutes walk, we saw real good improvements! Therefore, we highly recommend this purchase... it worth the money, plus you'll find yummy recipes!

I now have the complete set (5) of all the flat belly books. I am a home economist who knows nutrition but have not been great at practicing it. This book has some gourmet recipes. Its fantastic!
This is a really good book. I had the 1st one and the receipes were sooo good. With this second book they still have it. I recommend this book to everybody who want to eat some healthy and tasty food and also easy to make. Yes, I like and use this book a lot.
