I bought this book because it was required for a P.E. class I was taking at a community college. As I read it I was fascinated with all the wealth of information about fitness, eating habits, etc. and how they affect your health. This book has all the latest info. along these lines, and it has inspired me to remain more active in life, to exercise regularly, and to watch what I eat daily. I just can't put into words effectively enough how much I have learned. I plan on keeping this book for my 20-year-old daughter so when she moves back home from Australia (for school), she can get on a good exercise and eating program as well. I know she will enjoy this book as much as I have.
