I have always admired Oprah! I love her for the woman she is, and for her acting as well, and must say that I look up to her as my idol of all times! Food, Health and Happiness is a wonderful book - what a treasure! I know I will enjoy reading it over and over and will learn about all that the title holds true in her eyes!
