Does what it's supposed to. Heats up well. Massage/vibrating features work great. Word of warning...... It's thick! Couldn't use it in my car. It put my head in to the roof and moved me to close to the steering wheel. Was able to use it in my truck. So it's a nice unit but make sure you can move your seat enough to allow for the thickness of it.

works great, don't know if it will help my back yet but does a good job. One thing is that you should have a dedicated high back chair to use, we are using the couch but back isn't high enough and we had to raise the cushion about 6", also if you are under 5'6" your back will be below the upper motors.
