There are many things I like about this game. As a matter of fact, I love almost everything about it. It is the best football game ever created. Compared to its predecessor, FIFA 10 boasts a lot of new features and more keep getting added. However, I have come to notice one bug in the game that has troubled not only me, but other players from around the world as well. I'll call it, the manager mode bug. Simply put, I cannot play with any team from the Premier League, even after following all those how-to topics in the EA forums. But the benefits in this case outweigh the faults. Always good to kick ...uhm... on live. Have fun.
I've been playing FIFA since 98 (Fifa 98 for PC) and I've owned every FIFA ever since (including world cup ones) and I must say that this one is yet another step ahead of its predecessor. However, so far, I have to get used to new features in gameplay and learn the new tricks. The only thing I don't like about it so far is defending, which seems to be harder to do than on the last one. It's also harder to score and you have to fight harder to get the ball. So far, I give it 4 out of 5. Maybe it will improve. I do like the fact that you can end games on a tie or choose to go to overtime.
FIFA soccer 2010 is one of the best games I have ever bought. It is reasonably priced (at least nowadays) and is rather realistic. It contains many updates from the 2009 version, such as 360 degree running, that make the game all the better. However, there are a lot of controls, and if you don't play this game a lot and learn every move, then it can be frustrating to play on any difficulty other than easy.
The Good: The controls were easy to use, The graphics were stunning, Manager mode went into great depth, Players progress as the season gets on, Multiplayer matches were fun The Bad: Nothing. Overview: This game improves on FIFA 09 in almost every single way. the Be a Pro is better and provide more options. In the Arena mode you can practice moves, free kicks and even change the person you are playing with. The Manager mode goes into greater depth with more emphasis on transfers and scouting. Also player negotiating, contracts and staff upgrades, on top of winning games will never leave you bored with this game.
Had the same for 3 weeks so far. I have not played multiplayer or the ultimate team season just yet. Mostly quick plays with friends so far. Its a very enjoyable game to play. Even for those who are very kit picky about there soccer details. The controls are fluid and movement of the players are realistic. One thing though, the refs call too many yellow cards. I would go for a legit tackle and they would call a foul and give me a yellow. Its a minor nuisance, and it doesn't annoy me unless I get another card down the line. Overall great game and worth buying, but the new one is coming out very soon and supposedly, they are letting us control the goalie for entire game. I'll wait for a little bit to get that one.
