CORRECTION: Description says the chair is orange and black, but as the picture shows, it's really red and black. Made no difference to us what color it was, just a correction that should be noted. PROS: Lightweight, fairly comfortable, rolls well, adjusts up and down, vented back is great for our warehouse staff. Back seems to have adequate support and the seat is cushioned. 2nd half of the assembly was easy (attaching lever mechanism, wheels, and hydrolic post). Priced very reasonably. CONS: Half the assembly was difficult (attaching armrests, seat and back). The armrest holes do not like to line up with the seat and back. This chair took three times as long as a similar quality chair I assembled earlier this month. I had to attach the back and seat to the armrests at the same time, BARELY threading the screws in. I was then able to shift the pieces around enough to line up all 8 holes before tightening them down. This first half the assembly was a headache and a struggle. The rest of the assembly was a breeze! One of the chairs had a sharp pointy screw poking through the front of the chair backing. I removed the screw entirely since there was another one screwed in next to it. So check your chairs for pokey screws! Overall this is what I would call an "economy quality" chair. Priced cheaply, likely not high quality. Time will tell how long it'll last, but I'm not expecting miracles. I would recommend it if you need a bunch of chairs for people that aren't too picky and you're on a budget.Read full review

I tried to screw in the back every which way, but finally, I could not line up one screw. The back piece is very poorly lined up, and I spent 25 minutes just trying to get it screwed in. The chair wobbles and it can't be helped. In the directions, it says to simply place the chair atop the gas lift control mechanism, which is thin and round at the top. Nothing to hold it steady. It's not going to fall apart, but it is too flexible for the seat to be considered fixed in a position. Also, the back piece is extremely uncomfortable, as there is a bar that goes through the lumbar area, and that's all I can feel bracing me. The mesh doesn't really provide support since most of my weight hits the bar. I tried to put a lumbar support pillow behind my back, but it doesn't feel like there is enough depth to the chair seat then to fully sit in it. What I do like about this chair is that it's very light-weight and only costs $40 with free shipping. The material isn't so bad, it doesn't itch like other mesh. The wheels are good - there's no sharp edges anywhere to hit your heel or toes on, which was a huge problem with my other "nice" chair.Read full review

This chair does not properly. it tilts forward and the lift cylinder protrudes all the way through the mount which means you do not have the lift capibilities

sturdy and solid. only wish it could lean back with softer cushioning. otherwise a worthy buy.
